Barely even count as strays. Those places are so mobbed with people, any cat that would hang around would get used to human attention pretty damn quick, or at least tolerate it because it's usually connected with a food source.

Although now you reminded me of the one time I took a walk in Inokashira Park one morning to kill time and this adorable striped cat suddenly appeared out of nowhere, followed me for several kilometers along the path, jumped on me for a snuggle when I sat down to rest, and then just vanished when I got back to the entrance. My heart is somewhat warmed at the memory.
