Assuming this was at a bar or something similar, I'd probably start a conversation by asking for a light then ask her who shes here with.

First I'd ask her in a really casual, "don't give a fuck about anything" way, if she has a light. She'd light my cig with her powers and I'd comment "pretty useful ability you got there, kid.". She'd tell me she ain't no kid and that she was already roaming the streets when I was still a tear in my dad's eye. I'd retort "anyone who looks like you is a kid to me, kid."

Then we'd talk about the Man putting us down and how motorcycles are cool. Then I'd lend her my leather jacket because it has a ton of engravings and symbols from various meets that she found cool. Then we'd talk about leather jackets and classic rock bands and how shit these days is nothing like back then.
