Cool. I was just saying.
Though you say "lack of interest", but the interest is actually relatively high. It's not only interest that motivates people to translate a whole damn novel. For the kind of niche this is, we've got an staggering amount of fan translations.
They're only a bonus. I can not imagine myself asking "Why don't I find more pennies on the street?". When you find one, you take it, and that's that.

>> No.9943910

>>9943845
Oh, you mean PSP novels only? Yeah, there are not many translations.
But then I'd ask you why people who translate should focus on PSP software. It's like wondering why most of the PC translations are for novels originally sold on CD and not on DVD. Or more titles that begin with the letters A-L than the rest.
Also less novels, less kamige, more technical complications (hacking etc.). The reason for the lack of PSP fan translations is more than obvious, and the lack of reasons for projects to pop up is apparent.
And I'm not trying to push anything into anybody here, I just want people to see facts they way they are.
