It sounds a lot like a Touhou song, but then again there are original Touhou songs by ZN that sound a lot like unrelated songs made before them.
Artists being inspired/ripping off of other artists. That's art as a whole.
For example ZUN takes a lot of things from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
To "rage" at OP's link would be ridiculous.
