Rozen from the start wanted, or wished to created the perfect doll, Alice ; we assume his desire was not to create several dolls and then give them the chance of one day becoming Alice.

- Suigin Tou beeing the First doll created by Rozen, but as we all know, Failed to become Alice ; not exactly because she was incompleat, but more due to that Gin seemed lacked compassion & several other emotional aspects...
..Aspects these that.. forced Rozen to try again.

This beeing of course, not the original plan Rozen had in mind.., but since his first creation failed to achieve his goal, he then decided after to try diferent prespectives while creating the next doll as in hope that he would then succed in reaching Alice.

Allas.., it was not to happen aswell, despite having changed several aspects in each of the dolls he created as an atempt to create Alice.., all had they're own flaws and imperfections.

Yet in the end he probably realised that each would complement each other.., specialy if they learned to grow emotionaly; which then lead him to belive that even though they came out as imperfect and flawed to Alice, one day one of them could eventualy become her.

Thus, Rozen ended up not beeing able to achieve his goal but instead he was able to create 7 very distinct unique dolls.

It is a fact, all of the Rozen Maiden when it comes to Alice are simply just flawed atempts.. ; but even as so and like we saw when Jun asked Enju regarding this aspect.
Enju replied that.. " without Love they could not have been created. "

So, even having failed at Alice in the begining, Rozen still loves them all.
