Yes. I don't know about the extra content added from Destiny, but Justice has routes for Berio, Kaede, Licorice, Nanako, Lily, Mia normal, Mia true, and harem. The routes must be completed in that order, with the exception of Berio and Kaede. You can complete either one first, but you must complete both to unlock Licorice's route. Also, Destiny added a route for Claire, but I don't know if they were able to add that in or not.
