People have different ways of winding down and having fun, most of /jp/ is for the same purpose one way or the other. What I don't get is, why do you need to tell people to stop liking what you don't like? Why haven't you learnt to filter these threads if they bother you so much?

Certain people have to win more than others to make senbatsu, was the last one like this too?

A single mic rip isn't the most reliable way to tell how good at singing a girl is. Everyone has bad days or a sore throat sometimes, plus I'd imagine their motivation to sing well may not be that high when you're just one of maybe a dozen girls shouting "I need you" and whatever.

Personally I'd rank Harukyan in the "not the best, not the worst" tier.

Yeah, she fucked up but it was before the push. She's also hardly the only one who has dated during AKB, in fact I would argue that most of the top girls have dated or are currently dating despite being in AKB. Yuko has been seeing Wentz for years. Akicha/Sae and probably a lot of the girls love going to goukons with singers/actors, Tomochin is dating TAKAHIRO, Sayaka and Umechan had their scandals... It's just easier to ignore theirs because they weren't dumb enough to date a fan and get caught.

Nah, the only ones that stand out in variety shows are Yuko, Marikosama, Kojiharu, Sashihara, Shiichan and Takamina. Most others are just used as filler. Even someone like Miichan, who tries hard and has been given a decent variety push, has never really connected with the audience as well as Sashihara, despite being an original member.
