Why is Sanae such a huge slut?

As in, what is the origin of Sanae's fandom reputation for being a slut?

My knowledge of the Touhou canon is not enough to find an answer to it and Symposium of Post-Mysticism provides no conclusive answer, so I guess... it all began due to an internet meme or a doujinshi?
