I've preordered one of these biggies, anyone know how much the shipping and/or customs will be?

I guess consider this a fumo thread? If the question is answered and the thread isn't picking up I'll just delete it.

enough to bankrupt a small island nation

the shipping is like 300 bux

I didn't think they'd be that expensive.

I ordered four of the small ones at once. Shipping was honestly nothing, like fucking 25 bucks. Customs were around 35, if I recall right.

>> No.9688072

No, the big ones cost 300 bux, and just over 100 to ship.

>> No.9688145

dekafumo cost about $300, normal fumo about $40. shipping for dekas is about $100.

>>9688971
Probably more like$20 considering the size and materials and a few bucks for labor. But yeah, they're probably cheap. It's most likely because they are limited in quantity or some other excuse.

>> No.9689044

>>9688996
they probably have warehouses full of it. chances are they only need to sell like 5% of the total amount to make up for the labor and the rest is profit.

why people buy this shit is beyond me. but goddamn i sure want to be the one selling it.

>> No.9689052

Demand for dekafumos is low. Therefor supply must be priced high.

Fuck this was a nice thread. There aren't enough fumo photo threads anymore.

>>9687952
I'm not a huge fan of the deka fumos. I don't think they scale that well. The amount of detail looks identical to the regular fumos, and I think it's weird that the hair is so thin. You'd think they'd do multiple layers of felt to add some depth.
Whatever. I sound like a bitch. Good for you OP.

For the same price, you could buy a sewing machine, materials, and pay for a class to learn how to use it. They don't look to terribly difficult to make and making it large would actually make it easier. I feel pretty confident I could figure it out except for maybe the eyes since I have never done any type of embroidery before.

Did you buy off amiami? And are you in the US, if so, which region? If you bought off Amiami and other guys didn't you would have more cedibility. Though I intend to get a little over $300 set aside anyway, for safety measure. It's always good to have more than the minimum.

Buy less food, and what I do buy is terrible for me but cheaper. If I'm gonna need to save for a long time then I don't shower as often to save soap/shampoo. Though you have a job as a bagger so you probably need to stay cleaner than I do for my job. I sit at home and write articles everyday for a few hours. You also probably earn more money than me.

The trick to saving if you have minimal income is just cutting back on comforts and willpower to bare with the lower quality of life temporarily.

Oh my bad about the bagger job then. Faulty assumption by me sorry. It's good to know someone cares about my well being slightly, but I don't care too much about my health. I hit the genetics jackpot for my body, really healthy and athletic. You get used to the lower mental state when you eat bad so I'm not bothered by it any more most of the time.

>> No.9690750

LOWER MENTAL STATE?
If I eat right will I be a more productive human being? Please help, I'm too stupid to figure it out on my own.

I have a job but it's easy and I can multitask and I think if I can become smarter I will find something I can do for more money.

I want to cuddle with a fumo too. Don't care about physical well being, as long as my brain is good.

Yes. Proper nutrition is important, you should watch your macros (carbs, protein and fat) and micros (vitamins, minerals, etc.).
Multivitamin supplements and fish oil tablets are pretty cheap and very good.

>> No.9691507

I bought a regular fumo, the 30ish dollar ones. How much can I expect to pay in fees? I won't imagine more than 50.

>> No.9691517

fumo+fees should be around 60
