I think I messed up badly, /jp/.

I've been taking prescription painkillers for a while now, and just now it was time for my dose. I grabbed a bottle of water to wash it down with and took a big gulp, only to find that it was the bottle I pissed in last night when I didn't want to leave my computer.

Normally, when this happens I'd just spit it out, but I didn't want to waste perfectly good medication and mess up my dosage, so I just swallowed it.

Is my pain medication going to work? Are there any interactions between 12+ hour old urine and painkillers that I should be aware of? I don't want to die or anything.
