How did the battle between Suwako and Kanako actually go, anyway? I think I remember reading that Suwako was more powerful than Kanako, but Kanako had more followers and was thus able to overpower Suwako. I've read elsewhere that Suwako fights with iron rings, and Kanako used some kind of vine to rust those rings, and I guess that somehow made it so Kanako won. What actually happened?

Also, Kanako describes Suwako as her "ever-sleeping friend" in MoF's Extra Stage, and doesn't want you to advance to her. Was Suwako essentially sealed away within the shrine, or something? Why is Kanako cool with Suwako now, if she didn't want her to be awakened?

Suwako is a native god who had control over curse gods. To fight Kanako, she put together an arsenal of the best steel weapons. With just a touch of a single vine, Kanako managed to rust all the arsenal. Suwako realized the difference in power and admitted defeat. Kanako let Suwako stay at the shrine in order to gather more faith. Suwako doesn't care much about faith gathering and just wants to have some fun.
