I dont really keep track of new vocaloid songs which I really should, but over the past few years it has come to be my favorite err "genre" of music.

Ive never heard any vocaloid Black Metal, but that sounds terrible in general.

Luka is quite good for Metal in my opinion.

Corruption Garden and For a Dead Girl are 2 songs that come to mind. Not sure how well known they are though.

Though the thing I find weird about it is why someone would make classic, grainy, made-in-a-Norwegian-garage black metal and then put highly polished, high-pitched Miku vocals to it. it seems like such a wasted effort when in the end, Haku is really just a name for Miku with screwy pitch and more grain.
But at least, there are some other metal genres that know to put the adorable alcoholic albino to good use:

I somewhat I agree. I love all of them equally and would only feel bad if I was to say one was better than the other, but Gumi's voice is probably the best. The bass in that song is awesome too.

I don't really get why people like the growling. Sure, it has it's place in certain songs* but most of the time it just feels out of place, almost random.
Same with dubstep. The wubwub effects can fit in places**, but usually end up random without conveying anything.

I don't really see screaming a lot in popular vocaloid songs a lot. The wobble bass can get pretty random though, like in that koufuku anshin iinkai song. Honestly what I'm more worried about these days is that it seems like a lot of popular songs seem to follow the same formula ever since Sanbonzakura. kemu is probably the biggest perpetrator of this. Nothing wrong with making this kind of music if you like it, but you'd think people would get tired of this predictable style of music by now. Although I guess Skrillex is still super popular too, evidence that people can take the same thing for as long as they want.
