My backup laptop broke down and I'm thinking about buying a new one. What should I get /jp/? I'm mostly tech illiterate. I just want something that is relatively light, has a lot of storage space and plays 1080P HD, hopefully under $800. Alternatively, which Touhou would be the best at helping people finding deals on laptops?

That's at least what I did. Got a T60 for 1000NOK (~164USD). Best laptop I've ever had, and best thousand bill I've ever spent. Love the 1400x1050 4:3 IPS screen. The build quality and aesthetics makes it swell to use.

She completely shitfucked it. I don't know what she downloaded or whatever...but now the thing can't even get to the login screen when you turn it on.
Now, I"ve just got the one laptop. I'm ultra-careful, because I can't afford to get a new one.
Moral? Don't lend a laptop to a bitch. Ever.

Back on topic: if I were you, I'd check out newegg.com. They usually have pretty good deals on laptops. Alternatively, if you want to shop offline, go to Best Buy, pretty decent prices and a wide selection.
