Drink some water and try to get some rest. The pain in your eyes should go away once you give them some rest.

Sometimes when I brows /jp/ for too long I dream about browsing it when I'm sleeping at night. I don't know if you might have a similar problem but that's just me. Usually I wake up with a headache. Maybe you're just thinking about this board too much?

Hope you get better. I get headaches a lot too. Dehydration is usually the cause of the smaller ones, but they can get worse over time. The best thing is sleep though, they always go away after a long sleep.

That's funny that you had a dream about /jp/. Can you read threads in your dream /jp/? Imagine you read threads in dream /jp/ then a week later anon posted them in real /jp/. Spooky.

Yes, it's possible I'm here too much. My laptop sleeps next to me, and it's always open so I wake up and see /jp/ first thing in the morning. Then browse all day without leaving bed much. Then go to sleep and repeat this cycle. I don't post a lot just read threads so it doesn't take much energy. It's my hobby.

However, maybe I should quit for a while.
Thanks everyone.

I do this too. Sometimes I freak out and think I've made posts in my dreams, and I'll go so far as to check on the archive whether they were real.

Also, I keep a notebook by my bed. Sometimes I think of neat ideas for threads, so I jot them down in case I forget.

You really do this...? Amazing dedication... no wonder /jp/ is so fun...

Really? It can be frustrating when it does happen because sometimes, when it does happen, you worry in your sleep which usually causes you to get a bad nights rest.

Unfortunately, it works both ways. Sometimes I'll think of a troll or even outright shitpost I think is funny, but in reality it only serves to make /jp/ worse. My threads (and I suppose posts) tend to be poorly-received anyway, so I try to keep it to a minimum. My notebook has a "queue" of threads, and I post one a week. I have about eight lined up at the moment, so I'm good for a couple of months.

I'm a bit obsessive-compulsive about these things, and I previously used to wake up, turn on my computer, post on /jp/, then go back to sleep. Obviously it got to be a hassle and I felt stressed and uncomfortable if I didn't post, which is exactly why I started keeping a notebook beside my bed.

I should really start doing this, it seems like a it helps a lot of people . Especially when I wake up from a dream that causes me to think too much at night. Its probably just best to write them all down and think about them later.

Dream diaries are a good idea anyway. It's fun to remember dreams.

Just keep some paper with you at all times. Need to Google something when you go back upstairs? Jot that shit down! No more "FUCKWHATWASISUPPOSEDTODO" ever again.
