There are 3 parameters labeled as 1, 2 and 3.
For every date that you do, you will get points for 1, 2 or 3. It will be displayed in the encircled part in the image.

Take note that when doing the pink scenes (sex), the number will still add to your town parameter BUT it will subtract to your iinari point thing (the one that you use for when you have sex with the girl with the choices)

For the Adult Store (to unlock skills that needs some items) and the Love Hotel (for those who love ntr). You need to increase the last parameter. I think 700 for adult store, not sure about the love hotel.
