You are in luck, because I happened to look at that same dakimakura awhile ago and did all the work for you.
It's really nice and I am a fan of the artist.

I think I found it by just googling Yuugi's name + dakimakura but both in Japanese.

But don't give up hope.
I have seen dozen of Patchy Dakimakuras. Even some of her being very obese, to her being skin and bones like in this pic. There is even a nude one of this.
So one day someone will make one of muscle Yuugi.

I myself have contemplated getting a custom dakimakura commissioned of Yuugi. Both sides would be nonlewd and without that nervous, worried, or scared look you see on so many dakimakuras as I believe it to be unfitting for Yuugi.
One side might be Yuugi in her kimono with a happy expression while holding alcohol and the other side would be her in her normal outfit but looking passed-out drunk with a smile.
I don't want a lewd one as I want a Dakimakura for cuddling, not fucking.

As for the facial expression thing, I also agree with this, however a little blush is okay, as I think the Dakimakura is suppose to represent that she's looking at you as if you are the person she loves (the face in OP's picture is great, but the other side isn't so fitting).

I have actually seen quite a lot of dakimakuras and other drawings that were commissioned by fans.
Like this bkub drawing that was commissioned by a Western fan.
