if you have to have a post appear on /jp/ exactly at 20:00:00, you will need to write a script that can sent the POST request at exactly that time (curl,mechanize, etc). Thats just the easy part. The hard is to be able to create perform OCR on the captcha and decipher it. Since there are no state of the art OCR that can recognize recaptcha, you will have read up the research papers and write your own. Finally, you have to probably sent 3-4 POST requests with the correct captcha just to make sure that at least one hits at exactly 20:00:00.
