Try editing your cookies. First, clear all cookies from your browser, then go log in at e-hentai. Next, find the login cookie from there and make a new cookie with all the same data, except change the domain in any fields where it's referenced from e-hentai to exhentai. I have to do that since for whatever reason the usual method doesn't work for me.

Don't know how to edit cookies? If you're using Firefox, then try downloading the Firebug and Firecookie extensions. Should be fairly self-explanatory from there once you have those installed.
