I just put the transparency of whatever color I'm using very low (2-4) and make the brush large to make fart clouds. It's a regular brush. I use paint.NET instead of photoshop because I'm lazy.

/d/'s fart threads are terrible. The last one was this "couple" circlejerking and telling stories about how they love getting off on farts. Then they post 3D and western art to top it off. I can't get off to that. Everything else is just reposts from pixiv. /jp/'s fart threads are much better and more kawaii.
