Posters are responsible for board's content so there's some things you can do now:
1) Stop being butthurt. Complaining about other people doesn't solve anything. It just creates more conflict.
2) Post more of what you want to post. /jp/ is not a fast board so don't start crying if your thread doesn't get attention immediately. Hell, it might go to page 10 without any replies at all. It happens. Just post it again later (don't do this if you're just going to be a faggot).
3) Stop being butthurt. I'm not a touhoufag and I can post perfectly fine here. I read posted doujins like I always had (touhou or not). I defend random stuff (regardless of whether I like it or not). I post relevant posts and I ignore posts I don't particularly care about. It's not that hard.

Dev here:

1) Fuck off with the OP=Dev paranoia. Probably mostly IRC lurkers making them. Rarely (though far from never) is it ever an actual developer.

2) Lurking on the IRC channel will be enough to show most of the developers hate themselves, and their writing/art. At best this'll be downloaded by a few people on the interwebs, and maybe they'll like it. We don't expect more, but really, that's enough to keep going.

3) The story is more than lolcripples, though not anything spectacular. There is an emphasis on making sure not to overly sexualise them (though that's not to say there isn't sex, of which there very definitely is).
