Besides that, the Buddhists. Taoism (in Touhou at least) is a shallow religion based on childish wish fulfillment (hurr durr immortality).

Byakuren was a pretty bad Buddhist as a human (fear of death, using arcane magic), but she's mellowed out now and the residents of her temple are awesome.

Seiga of course grabs my interest out of the Taoist crew, shame though she's kinda doing her own thing now and left Miko, Futo and Tojiko to lift their own weight for most of it. But that's kinda makes her interesting in her own way.

Then again, it was suggested she couldn't really persuade people into Taoism thus resorted to a political leader the was labeled as a saint to her job.

She obviously picked the right man (or girl in this case) to do the job.

Personally I give her credit for at least starting the whole Taoist hermit project.

Course even if I disregard Seiga (being she's just wandering around stalking people), then Miko would be the one I pick, due to her strong leadership.

So yeah a vote, for Team Taoist.
