Season 12 is still ongoing. It's based on Part II of the manga (which hasn't been adapted to the light novels yet, unfortunately).

Can a member of staff tell me why my threads are getting deleted? I like the series and want to discuss it. I'm not trying to antagonize people any more than the Saten or Madoka people are. And Madoka is (just) an anime/manga...
