Dude, Nasu already said that the ONLY thing holding Shiki back from being able to beat Shirou is overflow damage. Shiki can cut and slash away everything Shirou makes. And tracing allows Shirou to basically have the skill, speed, and strength to use the weapons, meaning he'd be Servant level in ability when he traces weapons.
Do you understand what that means? That Shiki can literally just slash and cut everything that moves and reacts at Servant speed and win by a wide margin?

In terms of natural physical ability, Shiki is the better specimen. His father was semi-retired and still ran circles over someone that Nasu said could match Servants. He made Kouma look like an amateur ffs. Shiki doesn't have to train hard (because lol anemia due to SHIKI sucking away a lot of his lifeforce rather than a real disease) to have an athletic and fit body, something Ciel sees as a matter of fact when he gets naked in front of her.

Shiki runs varsity level speed and occasionally fights with high school delinquents at normal mode. And this is with zero super hardwork every day training.

He doesn't even need to fuck with a twintailed tsundere to get a mana boost or whatever to use his abilities.
