Just out of curiosity, at what time does /jp/ get out of bed?
Local time, not 4chan time.

I don't have a daily routine, I sleep for 4 hours to 12 depending of how much time I've been up, usually after 2 or 3 days I sleep half day, if I'm tired and go to bed for whatever reason probably 4 hours and if it's my natural rhythm that's being ~20 hours up then sleep for 6-8 hours.
I know I have a cycle but I don't know when it starts/ends or how many stages has. I always a feel of "I've sleept like this before"

>> No.8661790

>>8661764
all that extra energy's no good when you waste it on some work, so that when you return back home you're just an empty husk.

it'd be best to wake up with a lot of energy, use it on having fun, then when you have to go to work you're already past your best time, so it doesn't feel as if you wasted the best time of your day on some meaningless boring repetition.

Right now I'm on a fairly normal schedule so I get up at around 10am but in about 2 weeks that'll be completely reversed and I'll start walking up at 10pm-2am.

These schedules sound great.

I unfortunately have to wake up at 6AM at least once a week, then spend an hour in shit traffic to get to a class.

The rest of the week I wake up at 8-10, or at 11-noon, depending if it's the weekend.

The sunlight creeping into my room doesn't let me sleep through the day though, neither does the awful, loathsome heat. How do I black out my windows?

Lately, 1pm - I started feeling guilty about waking up at 8pm and finding cooked meals in the microwave. I long for my nighttime cycle again though, it's so much more peaceful, the early winter nights are making it bearable though.

If I'm left to my own devices I usually go to sleep at 8-10am and wake up around 12 hours later.
