What do you guys think about this album? I think it has a lot of themes that /jp/sies can synthesize with. It's beautiful and has a lot of depth.

>synthesize with

I like Flaming Lips, but I like them on >>>/mu/, not here.

>> No.8644477

I like it.

It's shit, go listen to some decent music.

That's not a potato. It's a mirror.

Great album. Terrible thread for /jp/. I think The Soft Bulletin was better, though.

>> No.8644494

i like the rap mashup version of that album

>> No.8644497

I always thought it was a tambourine.

Also Tokiko, please leave with Ryan, the board already has enough shitposters.

I took a month off this February. Just add me to your filter.

It's actually a hole cut out where you put your face and take a picture. The kind you see at amusement parks or whatever. The stand is shifted to the right and you can see that it's made out of cardboard.

Can you handle this much /mu/ memes, literature discussion, imageboard culture, and pedophilia debates?! Well, can you /jp/?!?!!?

They're not the same person?

What? Is the Flaming Lips really big there or something? I don't visit often.

> literature discussion
You're thinking of /lit/, not /mu/, I think. But I do like discussing literature! I love to read books.

Flaming Lips is pretty highly regarded there. You'll get a much better thread out of them there than here.

>> No.8644540

Hey, do any of you folks have a last.fm? If so, post it! I'd love to see some /jp/ charts.

I'd post mine but I'm nervous and don't want to be the first one to do it.

A lot of my stuff is missing because I just figured out how to scrobble from my mp3 player and I like playing stuff on my sound system than my computer.

As a proud aspie, I listen to nothing besides classical and jazz and tokyo jihen

Ugh, I had a somewhat similar issue. For some reason last.fm just would not scrobble any of my tracks for the longest time. But then one day, completely out of the blue, it started working again. Silly last.fm.

Anyway, it's www.last.fm/user/Wantaztik. We're only medium ;_;

Wow, good thread, bro.

I like that album, but Embryonic is their best.

>> No.8645075

flaming lips are really fucking dull, /jp/sies should listen to Yoshimi & co's musical output instead especially the upbeat tribal stuff (though I'm sure many already do)

>> No.8645445

I need to spend more time on /mu/ maybe.

Personally I would recommend TSU SHI MA MI RE.

low, but mostly because I always forget that I've been meaning to explore metal more.

Not really surprised by the amount of /mu/ influences, /jp/ seems like they don't have much else to do anyway.

Can anyone help me and find more of this singer?
I can't find anything.
