So ronery /jp/. Can we do something together?
I know you dislike valentine shit but let's do something, please, I only have you.

>So ronery
Go to >>>/r9k/ and let it all out. Don't come back here for at least three months.

I do hate you for this thread, but this is serious advice.

I was lonely once, then I took a nap and realised it was just sleep deprivation

Being on /jp/ and posting with other /jp/ers, that is doing something.

You mean age of empires? I've not played it in years so my skills are rusty but it'd be nice.

You can suck my cock, otherwise fuck off to r9k

I hate sleep deprivation.

I wish I didn't have to sleep.

It's such a waste of time.

You don't like dreams?

>> No.8561663

Sometimes they're pretty awesome, and I remember a lot of them every night. But I'd rather be doing something productive.

You forget dreams anyway.
Unless you choose to write it down, but you still end up forgetting it, you just have some story like someone else wrote it.
And dreams are not as enjoyable as being awake.

You do not dream while awake?
I daydream all the time.

I've had a few dreams recently that I remember bizarrely clearly. Otherwise you're right, its especially annoying if its one good enough for you to regret waking up.

>>8561671
I do, but sleeping dreams are a bit more unleashed I guess, free from my conscious guilt and tendencies.

Yes. I played it last time year ago and I am not good so no pressure.

Last dream I had was quite amusing.
I had dreamt that I was raping the girls from the 'god hates fags' cult. And the crux was that I forced them to enjoy it, so they'd believe that they were going to hell.

I'm pretty sure this makes me a bad person.

Am I the only one who has never, ever, in my whole life, remembered a single dream? I even got a trauma about that a few years back.

Do any of you know of a way to help remembering them? I've tried countless things, but nothing has worked so far.

That is... sad.

I've heard that people with certain personality disorders don't dream. I'm not sure if it has any factual basis, though.

You guys should keep a dream log

Here's the last entry from mine

there's that sweet, bitter taste in my mouth again. i feel like I just took a huge bite out of a lemon.
i don't experience this feeling more than 4 or 5 times a year, which makes this occassion so special.
Most of the time, it's just a byproduct of the excitement and anticipation generated by the holidays, but today it's something much more unique, which is why I'm so happy.
I had a beautiful dream last night.
I remember very little about it. But those tiny details still left intact in my mind are enough evidence that I just experienced the most wonderful dream in several months, if not years.
I suspect that if I tried to explain it, I would pollute the fragments by trying to rationalize them and patch them together.
so I'll try to keep it simple: the world was purple. I was some sort of supernatural entity, on a mission from god.
i will savor what's left of the dream and go to bed with a smile on my face

How's your memory? I once spoke to a guy who had never dreamed because he apparently didn't go through the REM phase for some unknown reason (this was confirmed by medical tests). He said his memories were disorganized and that he had hard time telling if something had happened a day or a month ago.

I can't say that I have never had a dream, but I certainly don't have them often. There was a time that it bothered me, as well. It was a fairly high stress period in my life so that may have been part of the reason, but I was able to start dreaming by writing in a diary at night. If I had a dream, I logged it immediately after I woke up. I began dreaming more and more while doing this. Once I stopped, I stopped dreaming again. IANAP, but that was my experience.
