Novels on mobile devices are pretty much useless. Do they expect me to fap in public or something? Even if there is no ero involved, reading something good while people are watching feels very awkward and kills the mood.

also, go look up VNDS, and PSP gets actually ports of non-ero, so I think we'll be fine on h-scenes and stuff
the only problem w/ ports is that the way you have to write them to make them yourself requires typing every line in the game (for DS at least)
so yah I think every protable is fine atm

It looks to me that most of the stuff that comes in a portable system only sell because people think it's "cool" to have it on a portable and then they end up playing it mostly at home, where it would be a lot better to use your 55" LCD and 6.1 high definition sound system.

Save and quit or skip through the H-scene if nobody's directly looking at your screen? H-scenes aren't exactly vital to most story VNs, and anybody who's read enough VNs has a sixth sense to detect incoming H-scenes.

As for why, until my laptop battery totally fucked up, I used to read VNs on the train. Two hours of VN reading is much more pleasant than two hours of doing nothing.

If you're talking about the ARM port it's going to be pretty much useless, if only because it won't run x86 software. The tablet versions will also won't run traditional desktop programs.
