I nearly drove into a ditch while turning from a stop twice today. The first time I went past the lines on the edge of the road and by some small miracle someone had decided to put a gated community entrance there giving me about two feet of extra asphalt to save myself with. The second time I was about to go off road I thought it was already too late and I had began planning how I was going to dive onto the grass hoping it would hurt less. I don't even know how I managed to make that turn I literally must have been a centimeter from the edge.

Something you need to keep in mind is that /g/ isn't the "technology" board. If you think that way, you think it'll be full of people interested in technology and old BBSes and netiquette and such, and therefore be one of the best boards on the site.
