Hey cudder can i ask you for a favor?

could you try extracting the scripts for this game?

http://vndb.org/v37

I didn't want to ask here but I haven't been able to get in touch with the hacker who worked on Sharnoth and Inganock (they use the same engine)

Filestube has working download links for the game, it's the first result on google.

If you really want us to do it, then you'll have to wait in line. The queue is currently at length 4. If you want to DIY and no support from us, someone else already has some tools and documentation:

I can't wait to point out how you haven't actually fixed anything because you have no idea of what you are doing and what the problem actually was.

You should hurry up Cudder before you become completely irrelevant. Wait a second, you are already completely irrelevant.

That's why you kept saying that people were trolling when they said your shit crashed, right? Because you knew there was a crashing issue.
Do you ever read what you've written and think to yourself "Do I sound retarded?" And if so, why do you proceed to post that anyway?

>>8437859
Vague and nondescriptive bug reports sound as credible as UFO sightings. Especially with all the hate being thrown around my skepticism level is not going to go down.

Also, I was talking about the backlog limit issue, not crashes. Look at the text you quoted from my post! If fixing one fixes the other (which I was told in a previous thread), that's good.

Because that's what was happening. You play a scene once, the game crashes, you replay it a second time, it doesn't crash, and so on. It was supposed to be your job to deal with this.
Well, since that moment I just couldn't take it easy anymore and decided to debug the whole shit myself.

>I was talking about the backlog limit issue, not crashes.
I can't wait for your 60% patch Cudder. Just give me the offset so I can cover you in shit right here right now.

Because spam. Spam and her past projects involing machine translation, attention whoring and general tripcancer related drama.

Right now all she does is bumping this thread by replying to shitposters. Soon she will release another broken patch because she actually doesn't even have a PSP to try things out before putting them online.

Check out the translator's blog if you are really interested in this game: http://sakura-jp.blogspot.com/2011/10/milky-holmes-tl.html

It's a personal issue. Accusations of just about *everything* from trolls like >>8437942. Apparently to them, a translation project thread is "spam".

It all started a few years ago. I don't remember all the details so someone please correct me where I'm wrong:

Some anon who could read japanese fluently started a thread about some untranslated VN, saying it was the best incest story he'd ever read or something along those lines.

A bunch of people went crazy, and demanded a translation patch. That's when Cudder showed up. He managed to hack the .exe and extract the scripts after posting his blogshit over 100000 times just to keep us updated on his progress.
he got full of himself, and decided to start this own "company" (that's why he talks in first person plural) and to sounds more sophisticated he uses brackets instead of parenthesis. Oh and he also likes to pretend he is a girl.

Eventually people lost interest because it was just a generic slice of life vn and the project died, but he didn't want to stop attentionwhoring so he finished it with machine translation.

ever since then whenever a translator shows up in this board asking how to crack a game, this tripfag shows up to advertise his "company" and starts one of these thread chains

Wait a minute, you still don't want to give the instruction offset. I call hoax! You are trying to undermine my efforts to undermine your efforts, I'll only believe you when you present to the ``client'' the actual ``product'' [produced] by the [synergized framework] of your RETrans ``company''.

>Some anon who could read japanese fluently started a thread about some untranslated VN, saying it was the best incest story he'd ever read or something along those lines.
Fluently? If that was the guy who started Hatsukoi, judging by your (plural) complaints about him, maybe he wasn't that fluent. And what does my gender matter to you anyway.

>Eventually people lost interest because it was just a generic slice of life vn and the project died, but he didn't want to stop attentionwhoring so he finished it with machine translation.
It died more because the translator got scared off by everyone's complaints. Hatsukoi was never finished. [Does anyone want to continue it? There's around 33% left.]

>>8438066
After getting the requisite semantic rules created, MIPS actually decompiles quite nicely. (I can't read what you're trying to say after that. x > yy? I do have the Japanese fonts installed.)

>>8438086
>Wait a minute, you still don't want to give the instruction offset.
I actually did that already, see >>8437827. You should be able to figure out what that is (hint: how have the patches been distributed?)

Once we reach 60% you (and everyone else) will see. Maybe even the 2-line limit will be fixed, I can't say for now.

I was experiencing posting issues but finally got a weird ban so I can go talk to them about it now.
