Is there any way to actually legitimately pay for albums like this when you live in America?

I can't read Japanese so I have no clue how to use foreign music sites but if there were any artists I wanted to ever actually support it would be small DJs like this.

At least usually their stuff is up on torrent sites so I can get it that way.
