I did for a while actually, it was really stupid. I don't want to be a disgusting fucking monster, I want to fuck the monsters.
There is only one weapon in the game, and you can grind on naga after a while. I took the speed perk and ran forever by the lake to max out my speed. Hardly ever got hit. Thunderblade spell took out the final boss in two hits. I decapitated her and shut down the factory. Every time that goblin came by to try and get pregnant I defeated her, and if I lost I reloaded my save.

Finished as a 5'11" human with an average 5.5" penis with a virgin butthole. Not one thing altered.
I never had sex with a monster, because I fell in love with the piercing shop girl. Sadly I do not think she even has a scenes or anything.
