I knew a few, they were either the kind of feminist who complain about each and every "sexualized female" in the games they play or they're just regular girls that just happen to play games, maybe a bit akward but not really crippling anxiety or mental issues.

That game was an amazing RPG. The quests were challenging without being impossible and the story that unfolded through certain ones, as well as side-characters(including the monster breeding and capturing), always kept me going. Also, random events thrown in (I think the doppelganger was one of them) and the town-effects was a nice touch.

Unfortunately though, our taste in games is mostly different. Though he has played some, he doesn't really like VNs like me (with some exceptions though, playing Sengoku Rance next to each other was best summer ever), and is more into western games than me. We enjoy playing different games at the same time and checking out each other's screens when stuff gets interesting.

I think sharing interests/hobbies is really important in a relationship. We're both into gaming, otaku culture in its different forms, etc. and I think it's one of the reasons we've been together for long with little fights/trouble. You need to value each other as friends to last and be more worth than trouble.
