Does anyone else here enjoy drinking tea? Let's talk about our favorite types of tea, favorite ways to prepare it, and just the pleasure of tea in general.

I really enjoy drinking black tea, especially, but sometimes it tastes a bit bland when I get it from the store. I've been to a real tea house several times before and I'm wondering; how do you emulate that taste? Or do you guys just drink the fake tea, too?

I know this isn't really contributing to this board's health, but can someone tell me what type of brew I should be looking for when it comes to a good Southern style flavor? I started drinking tea less than a few months ago, so I'm quite new to this, and all the black teas that I've tried just don't have that same flavor. Are there any recommended tea guides so I can have a reliable source?

Also, how in the fuck are you supposed to brew with out the tea bags,? By letting it sit in the water?
