I plan to make myself sick so that I can stay in bed and not have to deal with family or go out anywhere. Not sure how though. I could easily force myself to vomit, but I want to actually be ill. Is there anything I could eat or drink? Like bleach, but not bleach.

My parents want me to spend time with my mom's sister's family. Since my cousin started abusing coke I stopped talking to her.
