Like there are any good UK-based Wapanese shops. The closest it gets are the /tg/ shops like Forbidden Planet and Travelling Man, but even those are irritating because of the kind of people they attract.

I went there once with my little bros and was going to buy one of their (almost definitely bootleg, but cheap) nendo plushes. All the pegs were locked with a key and you needed to tell the cashier which one you wanted and they would go over there and open it, I couldn't go through with it in the end because I couldn't say "Hatsune Miku" out loud ;~;

If you wanted fake plushies then you could've gone to MCM, 25% of the merchandise there are fake plushies. It just means you get bigger ones that are more expensive.

TokyoToys is shit though, you end up paying double to triple for their stuff (£15 nendoroids for for £30-£45, HG Gundams go for £50, etc).
