Wonderful work, and wonderful titles you have worked on etc etc, but how is it supposed to be played without the item descriptions translated? Only a handful of the items are directly referenced in the flowing text, lots of flags are hard/impossible to figure out without a guide or extensive trial and error...
The game seemed nice too...

So, what are the skills you start with? These stances don't seem to do anything.

Also, if I hold the attack button it seems to charge. If I hold shift it begins to charge more, however it appears this charging does nothing. What am I doing?

You need to buy the technique books (from the potion shop) for the charge to do anything.
Tech book 1 teaches you a 360 spin kick (hold attack to charge)
Tech book 2 teaches you a projectile attack (hold shift to charge).
The gate stances allows you to reduce incoming damage by holding shift (disables the projectile attack)
Unnamed stance makes your regular attacks deal magical damage (good for killing slimes and certain bosses) and charging with shift while in that stance gives a new attack that steals opponents health.
There are some special attacks that can be triggered when your health is below a certain threshold but I'm not 100% sure on the details on them.

Roughly the same as Nanako. The only thing is you need MP potions since she doesn't have a ranged physical attack like Nanako and areas you can't reequip your shit you will be literially screwed. In addition some content isn't an instant gameover like losing to the goblin quest and is a pretty easy way to get pregnant with goblins. There is still alot of scenes that use Nanako's graphics instead though. So there really isn't any non gameplay differences.

It's not near the capital per se, but from Onsen Town, head all the way west, then all the way north until you get to some water you can wade into. Head north another screen, and you'll be in a watery maze. In the northeastern segment, there's a concealed entrance to a cave.

If you have no companions and aren't pregnant, you can jump down the ledges and kill the green goblin halfway through to make a Metal Slime worth 300 XP a pop appear. Leaving the cave by climbing back up the way you came lets you keep repeating this.

You're most likely using Windows Vista or 7, and not running the program(/Applocale) with Admin rights. This causes your Windows to go "OMG THIS PROGRAM CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO WRITE DATA IN THE FOLDER"
Instead, you'll find your saves VirtualStore folders. As pointed out before, it'll be something like C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ and then a ton more subfolders.

In the future, either disable UAC (not really recommended) or make Applocale always run in Admin mode so that Windows doesn't throw fits when a program tries to create a savefile.

As it turns out, if you're a big enough purityfag, it's literally impossible not to. With no Desire and about 200 Purity, I never even got the prompts to choose not have sex with the guard and brothel manager, Nanako just automatically beat them up.

How does one get the 'Rin Good End' noted in the scratchpad wiki? Solving the Murder quest for me immediately has Rin turning herself in, so I can't do the functions of having sex around the area and seeing the maid masturbate except for the one time during the aftermath quest. All of the text for Rin/Hinano/Nanako storyline is still in the map files themselves. Everything for them is already translated too, except for about 100 unreachable lines that I didn't do since I couldn't reach them in-game.

I'm sure after the tournament quest with Gerbera, Rin will go back to her room and that will start that entire line. Just hope they finish that bridge soon.

Because I don't know which format they're heading to, and if they alter old lines they may also change the formatting, which means I'd have to load up and individually check every single line to make sure it doesn't run off screen.

Overall it's far easier to just match whatever format the original is in. If they modify a line in a future patch, then I can just modify the existing line to again match. If I start adding in the nameplates when there aren't any, I have to make sure that when they modified the line they didn't add the character portrait, etc...

It seems there's an infinite XP glitch in this version.

Once you've completed the Sewer quest and killed the big slime, if you go back to it's area (it may be necessary to have done Rin's rescue quest first), the big slime will spawn and instantly die, giving you XP as if you'd killed it. I haven't tried it myself, but it would seem there's no reason why you couldn't just weigh down the up arrow key while standing on the transition and leave it on overnight.

When your level is high enough and you've done enough quests the guild master will offer you a special mission when you talk to him.
You also need a certain guild level (rises every time you beat a quest), check your ranking on the wall to the right, inside the guild.

You said that you've already completed the others, double-check that. That is, have Nanako try to grab all four of the non-repeatable missions. If Nanko says she's already done them, then simply keep doing one of the repeatables until you increase in rank again. I know you said "no matter how many times I do that Goblin Quest", but just four or five times doesn't cut it. If you keep doing them, you'll eventually rank up. Make sure you've done the waitressing job at least once, as well.

Also, I'm pretty sure your ranking doesn't actually increase until you check the ratings, so remember to do that every day.

The game works fine as far as i can tell, but when i look up walkthroughs scenes are mentioned that can not be triggered in my version, they are just left out.

Example: the dog owner on the second floor in the inn(first city, the very beginning) should have a bestiality scene resulting in a 5k gold payment. It just doesn't happen.

Neither of those holds.

While the monetization part may leave him reasons open for criticism, I've never seen any open conflict when people bypassed his sanctioned file hosts. He has also been hosting it on non-revenue sharing hosts, so it would have be a rather daft attempt, if the intention ever was to squeeze money out of other peoples work.

Rpg trans wasn't created with VH in mind, so I find it hard to believe that the license would have been created for this game specifically. All things things considered it's pretty good.
It's made in RPGmaker by a loosely structured group, but still they've been able to make pretty varied gameplay.
Sneaking missions, escort missions, combat mechanics made from scratch (default RPGmaker combat is final fantasy like turned based combat).
Of course nothing revolutionary overall but at least the pixel art is definitely on par with even commercial games, if not better.

I've encountered some bug which doesn't seem to allow me to deal any damage to any monster.
I can attack just fine but it's as if it just glides over them.
Is there a fix or will I have to start from (mostly) scratch?

it's because in the onsen even they use special rape text and forgot to turn off a switch. Sometimes you can't run either? Let me see if I can reproduce that... either way this one should fix it for now.

Can someone tell me why i keep getting an error that closes the game everytime i try to enter the inn, or advance in the Mixed Bath quest ? Also, i only got two Heroines ( The Serena and Nanako)

Read the thread. Somebody had the exact same problem. He claimed that he never found the savefile, but the place where Windows 7(/Vista) puts the saves has stated multiple times.

PS. Run games with Admin rights if you don't want to cry after your save files.

Even better, if you want to patch the game in Windows 7 correctly, the better you can do is turn off the User Account Control, and run every .exe with AppLocale.
Also of course RTFM and do exactly what it says.
