Meh, the only thing that I really dislike is how they spent 3/4 of fate thinking how are they gona deal with Berserker and in UBW and HF he dies like a bitch to sword spam fag and then, if he couldn't be more pathetic he gets swallowed by that black shit.

UBW is nice because of the characters (Garcher, Rin). Bad plot though.

HF is nice because of the plot. Sakura is annoying, though.

Fate really suffers a lot for being the first route. It treats me like a retard, and that is annoying. However, I may think so because I watched the Anime before playing/reading the VN.

UBW only has one good scene.
If anything it's the least consistent route, everything feel like things threw down together at the last minute.
The "directing" in that route is shit.
Well Fate is worse since it's basically a badly written shonen all the way through though but it's more consistent in its mediocrity.

UBW - Overrated. Still entertaining, though.
HF - Highly underrated. If you ignore the SAKURA = SLUT mentality, it's easily the best route like >>8066818 said.

At the time UBW was released, it hit a critical mass of people waiting for it. Hence it's better regarded.
