If I want random 1v1 PvP then I play on the PS3 at the kiln, but there are a couple of people I play really regularly with that play on the 360, so we usually camp out darkened Anor Londo together and kill invaders for hours.

Forest Covenant has no level restriction.
Darkwraith and Darkmoon have no upper level limit. Meaning a level 20 can invade a 100, but not the other way around.
