I tend to think that music alone can't convey nuances well, but then again, I'm a left-brainer. It's good for setting the mood, but how would a melody convey a concept like "hard-working" or "greedy"?

Well yes, she's very energetic (literally) and is the first Windows villain to actually want to make the world burn, she also does a sweet omniscent-ish monologue right before the battle starts which tunes in perfectly with the music.
