Can someone explain to me what Otaku Culture actually is? i've been lurking but still have no F*cking clue.

/jp/ was created as the garbage bin for anything associated with anime and manga but wasn't actually anime and manga. So, /jp/ is an existence that has the purpose of keeping /a/ free of these things. Whoever said it has to work in reverse, so that anime and manga isn't allowed on /jp/?

Therefore, it's okay to post your favorite Saten.
