We could make one right now with a very limited AI. It's just hard to justify spending billions to make a sexbot to the grant board.

I also doubt they'll be marketable for at least another 100 years. The materials alone will undoubtedly cost a shit load, and then there are the maintenance costs which will probably cost a lot more than a dog. I suggest you find a panacea for immortality if you ever want to live to see it.
