A Nang Tanee is a ghost derived from a banana tree that dies before its first blossom and is brought back from whatever awaits trees in the afterlife due to its grudge over never flowering, they're said to take the shape of attractive girls. While normally harmless or even beneficial since she can be forced into a contract to help anyone who sticks a pin on the tree she originated from, she becomes rather dangerous when she falls in love, as she will capture the target of her affections without regard for any objection on his part and do all in her power to eliminate other girls who may capture his heart.

Of course, the obvious interpretation will be that she's yandere for the midboss human girl who contracted her and we'll get H-doujins with her mixing her banana-flavored vaginal fluids into the human girl's food to lengthen her life or a tender, loving yuri scene after which the large, unopened banana cones on her head start flowering due to her newfound happiness with the human girl.
