A few years back, or was it five??? Anyways, a few years back, I used to choke myself. Not choke really. Asphyxiate?? Yeah. I block the blood to my head and then get knocked out for 1-5 seconds. Gets a nice high when blood rushes back. I Use my hands so that I won't die.
