It most certainly doesn't mean that you should punish people that draw art that you don't like, now doing that is immoral, as you're restricting someone's freedom for no gain than your own ego's.

There needs to be some point at which you are considered an adult and are responsible for all decisions you make. Even if some younger people are already mature enough it is arrogant to assume you can decide they are. But it is not paedophilia. The problem with Western society is that their is an extremely massive stigma against being attracted to young people. So people do not even go to see counsellors if they cannot control their urges, they keep it a secret. Morals are independent from religion. Traditions can come with some religions. Some religions may package some traditions are morals. It's pretty easy to dervice a secular morality and at the same time see how most religious morality (especially if you pick some backwards ones, such as some abrahamic ones) is inferior in that it's more like law from 2000 years ago instead of an updatable secular morality which is informed by biology, but updatable by evidence. It's not hard to prove the independence of religion and morality (as long as the person that is being queried is not a psychopath, but even they can model/emulate it if need be).
