I don't. It has its flaws and bugs, but it's really enjoyable overall.

Plus it's got that autumn atmosphere. You can open the windows on a windy/rainy/stormy autumn day and feel like you're really on Youkai mountain blasting fairies.

I loved the characters, Stage 3 is my favourite Touhou BGM of all time, and the autumn atmosphere can't be beat.

Shame about the gameplay though. Screwed up massively there, ZUN.

Suwako, Nitori, Aki sisters, and Sanae

Good:
Graphic feel

Lunatic mode

Mediocre:
Only Sanae's and Suwako's spellcards actually seem interesting
Stage 6 everything except Onbashira~Grave of Being
Shot types

Bad:
Bombing system
Stage 4
Marisa bug makes me feel bad for wanting to use her and it continued the streak of bad Marisa shot types from PCB and on.

I know. That's why it's in the 'bad' category. Even if she were working correctly, there's little reason to use her unless you're even more of a Marisa fanboy than me. Dunno why ZUN thought it'd be fine to give Marisa shit shot types for PCB, IN, and MoF and to a lesser extent in UFO.

Generally Reimu has a choice between
1) Homing
Pro: Clears trash fairies easily, and can still hit the boss when you're forced to dodge away from her. Also, pretty widespread shot.
Con: Low damage
or
2) Needle
Pro: More damage
Con: Not homing

Whereas Marisa gets:
1) Xmas tree
Pro: High damage
Con: Narrow shot type
or
2) Some kinda laser thing
Pro: High damage
Con: Narrow shot type

Second most popular set of characters behind EoSD.

Hell they're even beating most of PCB in terms of character popularity.

People just assblasted that the gameplay was so easy and it cost power to bomb (even though bombing got like 80% of that power back if you did it right.)
