For the last, fucking time. Flandre was NOT locked in the basement. She was merely in the basement when EOSDs main events. She is not allowed to leave the mansion. The whole "locked in basement" was a translation error. She is able to go around the mansion as she pleases but others avoid her as she is dangerous.
