The way I see it, the person who is most likely to destroy Gensokyo is Marisa.

Let's go over her romantic interests. We have Reimu, Alice, Patchouli, Nitori and... Flandre.

Maybe the first four would be content with some sort of Tenchi Muyo style rivalry for Marisa's affections, but not Flandre. She would see Marisa as her's alone. Given Flandre's long period of isolation and inherent insanity and the fact that Marisa is the only one who has shown her kindness, the potential for violence against her other suitors is great.

Let's imagine a scenario where Flandre went on the offensive without the Spellcard System's restrictions. Alice would be destroyed immediately, Patchouli would likely be merely crippled, saved by Remilia's intervention, though even her sister would not be able to stop Flandre now. Nitori... Given she's a new addition, she might simply surrender and return to Youkai Mountian.

Then, there's Reimu...

Would the two actually engage in combat? Given Reimu's hatred of youkai, it's very likely. Without the Spellcard System to prevent injuries and damage, the damage to Gensokyo would be great. In the end, it would come down to Reimu's intangibility versus Flandre's power of absolute destruction. If Flandre cannot overcome that boundary, she would merely need to wait until Reimu descended.

If Yukari Yakumu interceded on Reimu's behalf, the destruction would be even greater, and only then would defeat for Flandre be a possibility.

tl;dr Marisa's vagina will destroy us all.

Flandre's canonically afraid of Remi, who's ironically afraid of Flandre. Only difference is Remi knows of Fladre's fear, yet Flandre doesn't realize Remi's fear. Even in some sort of psychosis, if the situation you just made out came to pass, I see Remi out-intimidating her with just a flash of Gungnir, much less giving her a warning shot.

I would never be able to live without my porn folder. Countless sums of delicious doujins collected over the years on the internets... why on earth would I delete such an archive?
