Just in case you haven't figured out how to clean them, use warm water to rinse the inside. After you fill it with water and empty it a few times use some soap and your finger to get all the cum/lube out. I just use regular hand soap. When it stops feeling slimy inside you're done.

Whatever you do, don't turn them inside out. This screws up most of them. Try not to squeeze and compress them to try to squirt the cum or water out. I found out that I was slowly tearing a hole in mine from doing this.

If you want it to be warm you could float the lube bottle in some hot water. It's usually not worth it though. You stop feeling the heat after ~30 seconds.

I have a bottle of Pepee in my closet right now in addition to a bottle of KY. I reach for the Pepee every time I use my onahole because it's better suited to onaholes. I have a somewhat sensitive organ and with the Pepee it's so thick it seems to kind of smooth out the very small bumps and ridges in my onahole. With the KY since it's so thin it makes me feel every nuance and crease inside the onahole, and sometimes it's just too much for me. The KY tends to drip out of the onahole while the Pepee gets pushed in. The KY will also sometimes not allow for a smooth movement and snag on my penis, for lack of a better explanation. This happens especially if I'm using it slowly. It's hard to explain why this happens, but it certainly stops providing lubrication until I push a bit harder. It doesn't hurt or anything, just kind of a quirk. I've never had that problem with the Pepee.

The KY is easier to clean up because it's not very sticky. The Pepee is harder to clean because it sticks to a lot of things, mostly the deep inside of your onahole.
