Get a windows emulator for your mac. That's what I do. They're good enough to play any VN no matter how shit your mac is. Since well, VN's generally don't require much.

Umineko, Tsukihime, Narcissu and the one you posted in the OP image work natively on OS X.

For a few others, you can try using Crossover. Out of the top of my head, Kira Kira worked successfully for me under that.

get a free ver of wine (and get an easy to use one)

and get a free sun VM and install XP in it
