I think about trying to do something that would give me motivation to open portal again...

I thought working and school might be good idea, but then I would have stop to be HARDCORE NEET... And that's time taking.

Are there any better solutions?

I used to be neet and loving it, living in an apartment by myself for a very long time. Eventually I ran out of cash and was forced to either start working or live on the street. I started working.

Working doesn't make you want to open a portal. It just kind of brings on this numb feeling in day to day life. Opening a portal is too much work. I'd really like to go back to being a neet with all the free time in the world, so that I could devote more time to the hobbies that make me feel good about myself, but I don't have the money to live without working, and going back to live at my parents' home is not an option for me.

If you have the resources to be a non-working take it easy around the house everyday neet, then by all means, milk those resources for all they're worth. You won't regret it afterward.
